Ericsson Roles and responsibilities 2023 :
- Deliver, implement MS TOP Playout MSTOP processes to ensure that the services provided to our customers are consistent with SLA performance levels and delivery expectations. Manage first-level service monitoring and event management
- Ensure that primarily live content contributions and deliveries are scheduled, received, recorded and transmitted as required, following the MSTOP MS broadcast content logistics process.
- Ensure delivery transport is delivered to Ericsson's cut-off point according to SLA.
- Perform continuous monitoring of resource and service health and performance to proactively detect potential outages and act accordingly to ensure early recovery and repair fairy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
- Passionate about delivering results and meeting customer expectations

- Experience in applying expertise and technology
