Job Summary 2024 :
In collaboration with the Operations - Core Team, the Ops Support Specialist 4 is an entry-level role that is in charge of providing operations support services, such as maintaining records and documentation, storing and retrieving records, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening. The Ops Support Specialist 4 also acts as a point of contact for the operations team, custodians, project managers, relationship managers, and clients. The main goal of this position is to support daily operations in accordance with the procedures and architecture of Citi operations support.
