Role and Responsibility :
- Engineers' role and responsibility will be to assist in maintaining the system up and running for all mission-critical systems deployed globally.
- Work closely with CMSO (teams that interact directly with customers) and Software Engineers/Testers to monitor and address various alarms and system performance, take appropriate action in response to issues that are brought up, and continuously work to enhance and improve the functionality, security, and dependability of our systems, procedures, and technologies.
- Engineers should be in charge of offering flexible timings for any ad-hoc support necessary to fulfill the essential services specified in the contract between them and the client.
- Implement system analysis, configuration management, and performance, availability, and reliability enhancements for system software.
- able to debug/troubleshoot application and infrastructure problems, handle live production incidents, and troubleshoot complex, cross-platform OS, networking, and database difficulties in a cloud-based SaaS environment.
- Create runbooks, keep a record of your system knowledge as it develops over time, and make sure everyone who needs it can easily access vital system information. A valid handoff document is required for others to pick up the Co-Op at the conclusion of the term.

Knowledge and Skills:
- must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program.
- Graduation must take place in December 2023 or later.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, application protocols including HTTP/HTTPs and DNS, as well as the ISO-OSI Networking Protocols (Layer 3 through Layer 7) for switching, routing, and load balancing.
- working understanding of shell commands like bash, editors like vim, remote access tools like ssh, and Linux (or any Unix variant, such as CentOS or RedHat).
- having some working knowledge of Python
