Walmart and Responsibility :
- Your position will be to coordinate and assume the responsibility of a Production System Monitoring Engineer for SAP systems.
- You will keep an eye on the functionality and overall health of multiple SAP systems and raise alarms as necessary.
- You'll provide reports to aid decision-making in business.
- It will be your responsibility to initiate, record, and supply all necessary information on occurrences until resolution.
- You are accountable for following the SLAs outlined in the support structure.
- Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with a group of system monitoring colleagues and L3/L4 support consultants, and you'll help ensure that production runs smoothly.
