- As a member of the AISPL Premium Support team, you will be on the cutting edge of this transformative technology, helping a long list of international businesses run their mission-critical applications by utilizing an expanding range of services and capabilities.
- You will collaborate directly with the engineering teams at Amazon who are creating these new capabilities, as well as with other industry leaders. You will be surrounded by intelligent individuals who are passionate about cloud computing and think that world-class assistance is essential for the success of customers.
- An international clientele of customers who are developing mission-critical applications on top of AWS services are supported technically by the AISPL Cloud Support team.
Amazon Knowledge and Skills 2023 :
- 0–1 years of experience managing Linux/Windows systems OR designing and optimizing databases OR using big data OR managing networks OR working in development.
- a B.S. in Engineering in one of the following fields: CSE, IT, ECE, or EEE, or an MCA
- Experience with support and troubleshooting
- Experience in scripting or programming in Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, or PHP
- excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Self-starter with a passion for technology
