IBM Role and Responsibilities 2023 :
- Receives PR and converts to purchase orders: This is the role's primary responsibility.
- Purchases made through indirect procurement that support the sourcing team.
- answer questions from internal IBM as well as client or stakeholder.
- help the client with contracts and content activation.
- Sends purchase orders to vendors and expedites delivery when necessary or required.
- oversees claims for products and services and acts as a customer support escalation point.

- Produce reports on open purchase orders, blanket purchase order expiration reports, contract expiration reports, and other reports in the desired format and with acceptable quality.
