Anthology function and accountability 2023 :
- Active participation in the cloud services team
- Installing and maintaining servers, computers, and the operating systems that run them
- Monitoring the use of central computing resources in order to improve performance
- Formulating suggestions for resource upgrades in hardware and software
- providing applications and database staff with consultation regarding hardware and operating system environments
- Supplying manuals to assist operations staff perform daily tasks related to hardware and operating system settings
- Working together with clients and/or other team members
Anthology Education Requirement 2023 :
- System management, application support, infrastructure monitoring and management, and CRM product support experience of 0–1 years is relevant
- Capable of troubleshooting Windows
- Basic familiarity with the cloud (Azure/AWS)
- Familiar with IIS 6.0/7.0 installation and administration
- Knowledge of DNS concepts
- TCP/IP networking knowledge
