Zycus Role and Responsibilities 2023:
- Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues with Microsoft products, including email (Outlook), the File & Print service, Microsoft Office, and numerous business applications, among others.
- Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and repair of all technologically linked peripherals, including desktops, thin clients, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.
- Desktop and laptop deployment and migration in accordance with corporate standards.
- using remote tools like Skype for Business, Web Ex, etc., to communicate with customers in other countries and resolve their desktop-related issues.
- providing assistance with desktop upkeep, security upkeep, including virus updates and patch management
- dealing with technical difficulties with non-technical colleagues and interacting with technical personnel at various levels.
Zycus Knowledge and Skills 2023 :
- Engineering, computer science, MCA/BCA, or Msc-IT as a major
