BYJUS Role and responsibility 2023 :
Scheduling counseling sessions for the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and speaking with consumers on the phone every day throughout the workweek.

- BYJUS Education, training, and other information:
- The entire show is split into two sections:
- A. SSP (On the Job Training) PHASE 1: 3 Weeks
- The training phase will last for three weeks at the training facility, where we'll go over the theoretical side of BYJU'S sales procedure.
- During this phase, you will be involved in a variety of tasks like calling customers, scheduling counseling sessions, and so forth. All of these tasks will be carefully evaluated at the conclusion of the SSP's three-week period.
- Only those applicants who successfully complete the SSP phase will be granted the chance to move on to the following training phase.
- B. Probationary Center Sales Associate (M1 CSA), Phase 2: Three Months
- Candidates who successfully complete the first phase move on to the second stage (M1 CSA), which begins during the third week of training.
- Candidates will be required to apply the theoretical information learned during the first portion of the training program to communicate with consumers via calls, make reservations, and conduct counseling sessions.
- All input and output figures will be closely watched and analyzed after the Month 1 CSA (M1 CSA) is over in order to determine your ability to apply for the Centre Sales Associate (BDA) position at BYJU'S.
- Only qualified trainees will be given the opportunity to work as CSAs. (Subject to management's approval).
- The full position will be for six days a week, with Monday being a day off. Performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral considerations, quality audits, and comments from manager/trainer and HR Team are among the assessment criteria. When you complete the training program successfully, you are qualified for the position of Center Sales Associate (7.5 - 8.5 LPA (4.5 - 5.5 fixed + 3 variable)). Only after you join the company as a CSA will you be able to begin working at the 'Role location' that has been offered.
- For this position, the applicant must have a laptop that is in working order.
- Only qualified trainees will be given the opportunity to work as CSAs. (Subject to management's approval)
- Stipend for CST training during the three-week course: 10000 for three weeks CTC (CSA - post qualification after training): INR 7,50,000 to 8,50,000 (4 - 5.5 Lakh fixed pay + 3 Lakh performance pay) for Center Sales. CSA salary during the 90 days of probation: INR 16667 - 19250 (or minimum wage depends on location).
