DHL Role and Responsibility 2023 :
- In conjunction with the German team, support RPA processes by developing, testing, and implementing digital process automation solutions at the Shared Service Center, all while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- You offer cutting-edge, long-lasting solutions that can be scaled, kept up with, and ideally developed continuously to complement RPA procedures.
- In depth:
- Take charge of establishing, enhancing, and maintaining support strategies for both new and old process automations.
- the use of our preferred RPA technology, "UiPath," in conjunction with additional technologies like Bizagi's BPM, Abbyy's OCR, or Cognesys' NLP.
- Work with our process analysts, automation architects, and project managers to design and identify manual and automated support measures for our new and existing automation systems.
- working on an agile project with user stories and product backlogs.
- To promote and execute harmonization, standardization, and best practices, regular communication with other colleagues in the digitalization and business process optimization fields is necessary.
DHL Knowledge and Skills 2023 :
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
- already have professional experience working on IT or digitization-related initiatives.
- UiPath proficiency, preferably with "Advanced RPA Developer" certification.
- knowledge of C#, VB.NET, SQL, VBA, or Javascript, among other programming languages.
- English language proficiency (written and spoken) at the C1 level.
