- Prior BA experience with Archer, MetricStream, Open Pages, and other GRC systems.
- Interpersonal skills are needed to handle problems and negotiate priorities between project stakeholders, including clients and internal team members.
- Strong analytical abilities are required to assess information critically, resolve issues, and combine data from many sources.
- Break down high-level knowledge into specifics, use facilitation skills to help with requirement collection in workshops, and give clients and internal team members training
