- Provides actionable global market and consumer data to address important strategic concerns for Retail Bank products and has a thorough understanding of the campaign management area, including KPIs, ROI, and channels.
- Ad-hoc analytic requests, campaign performance analysis, and providing advice on how to make campaigns more profitable fall under this responsibility.
- use tools like Hive, Python, Excel, etc. to analyze both internal and external customer data to find opportunities across the retail bank customer lifecycle.
- evaluates consumer online and offline behavior and offers recommendations for improving the targeting approach.
- A/B and Multi-variate test analysis, communication of findings, and recommendation-making are done to boost marketing effectiveness and promote budget optimization.
- In charge of forecasting campaign/product performance for both short- and long-term cohorts, supported by data and business justifications.
- To increase sales and growth for Retail Bank products and to have an impact on decisions based on data behavior, work closely with the Marketing, Pricing, and Decision Management teams.
- As the knowledge owner for customer and market data, advises other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development).
